Terms of sale online

These conditions shall apply in the event that (the “user”, “purchasing user”, “customer”, “you” or “you”) place orders with Carmen Galofré Pujol.

Contracting parties

These Conditions of Contract shall expressly regulate the relations between Carmen Galofré Pujol and the User who acquires any of the products offered by Carmen Galofré in its online store. The User declares that he/she is a person with the capacity to contract and that he/she has read and understood this Agreement, which he/she accepts.

International Users

Carmen Galofré makes no representations that the products appearing in its online store are available in locations outside of Spain. The User shall refrain from using the Website or exporting the Contents in violation of Spanish or European legislation. If you access this Site from outside of Spain, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

In particular, the User agrees to be aware that the final prices may have a variation in the retail price due to exchange rate differences that may occur between the time of setting the reference price and the time of purchase.

Order Formalization

To place orders you must do so through the guest purchase process or register and obtain a User Account, always indicating a valid billing address and payment details. Additionally, you must be of legal age in the applicable jurisdiction. Once the order has been formalized and accepted, if applicable, the particular conditions of the order, Carmen Galofré will confirm, by email, the details of the purchase process. 

Prices

The sales prices indicated in the Carmen Galofré online store are expressed in euros (EUR), unless otherwise stated. The prices constitute an invitation to the User to make payments in favor of Carmen Galofré, and should not be construed as directly binding on Carmen Galofré, so if there is any error in the indication on any page of the site informed of this circumstance and the order process will be canceled.

Purchases which are to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union shall be subject to VAT or equivalent tax.

Purchases to be delivered within the territories of non-EU member states, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will be exempt from VAT. Without prejudice to this, the taxes applicable in such territories will be applicable to them.

In the event that there are import taxes and/or customs formalities, these costs shall be borne by the purchaser.

The taxes applied will always be according to the current legislation.
