Conditions governing the return of products:

1) Defective product of origin: Carmen Galofré will exchange the product for the same item or reference once the defective product has been received. In this case, only the first consignment shall be invoiced, and Carmen Galofré shall be responsible for the cost of returning and re-sending the product. In the event that you wish to make an exchange for another article or reference, you shall assume the costs of the return and new shipment. In the event of damage to the product or lack of conformity due to transport, you must notify Carmen Galofré within 7 calendar days of receipt of the shipment by e-mail to info@carmengalofre.com.

2) Incorrect product: Carmen Galofré shall bear the costs of collecting the incorrect product and delivering the corresponding product to the order placed.
